A unique project which puts Google Street View users at the heart of renewable energy projects has been launched by Scottish Renewables.
Renewables360 is a global first-of-its-kind, taking the public behind the scenes of the Scotland’s 42,000-strong, £10 billion a year renewable energy industry.
You can now explore the key location of the EU-funded FORWARD2030 project – EMEC’s tidal energy test site at the Fall of Warness, in Orkney. EMEC’s onshore facilities are available to ‘walk around’ as well as giving you an inside look at Orbital Marine Power’s O2 device demonstrating in the Fall of Warness.
